The Wine
California meets Burgundy in this Pinot Noir with its low alcohol, slight earthiness, and firm tannis. Lovely, complex perfumes of wild berry, cranberry, tart cherry, and dried roses are present along with hints of charcoal, pine resin, and wood. The mouthfeel is elegant and silky, and the wine will mellow and deepen nicely with air or cellaring.
