2010 Pinot Gris

The unusually orange color in this Pinot Gris is a result of soaking the juice on the skins. The finished wine is a blend of lots that were soaked between 2 hours and 3 days, adding the color and a honey-like richness to the wine. The nose burst with apricots and nectarines, and the attack is subtly sweet, but the wine finishes dry and crisp.
