The 2009 North Coast Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of two vineyards - the Colombini Vineyard in Redwood Valley, Mendocino County, and the Carraro Vineyard in Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County. The blend produces a balanced, tropical wine. The juice is allowed to soak on the skins for a full 24 hours before being pressed to barrel for fermentation, where it remains until bottling in June of the following year.
